Tell us what you need on the quote form (or design it in the Merch Lab), upload your artwork, and we'll send a free digital proof and a firm price. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof.

The minimum depends on the print method: 20 units for screen printing, 10 for sublimation, and 5 for DTG, DTF and embroidery (specialty finishes, an add-on, need 50). If you need fewer, ask us; we'll tell you what's possible.

Yes. We send a free digital proof showing your artwork on the garment. You approve it (or ask for changes) before we print anything.

AS Colour, JB's Wear, Biz Collection and Gildan for apparel; AS Colour, Flexfit and Legend Life for caps; AS Colour and Legend Life for tote bags; Legend Life and Trends Collection for drinkware; and Syzmik, JB's Wear and Bisley for hi-vis. You can also supply your own garments for a $1.50–$3.50 handling fee per item, printed at your risk.

On the quote form, tell us how many of each size you need. Standard adult sizes run XS to 5XL (selected styles), and kids sizes 2 to 14 are available where the garment comes in them.

Yes. A sample pack costs $25 (ex GST), credited toward your order if you go on to order 25 or more units. Request one from the Samples page.

PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI or EPS, up to 20 MB. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) give the sharpest result because they scale without losing quality.

For PNG or JPG, aim for 300 dpi at the size it will print. For a 30 cm wide chest print, that's roughly 3,500 pixels across. Images saved from websites or social media are usually too small and print soft, so send the original file if you can.

Yes. Choose "I need design help" on the quote form and tell us your idea. Our design team can create or tidy up your artwork. The first 15 minutes are free; after that it's from $50.

Send us the Pantone (PMS) references from your brand guide and we'll tell you how closely each print method can match them. Colour on fabric never looks exactly like a screen, so we'll flag any risks on the proof.

Prices on this site are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. GST (10%) is added to your quote.

Yes. The more you order, the lower the price per item. For example, single-colour screen printing runs from $8.90 per print at 20–29 units down to $1.50 per print at 1000+ (ex GST). Ask for your specific quantity and design and we'll confirm the exact price.

Some methods have a one-off setup: $63 per colour for screen printing, $63 for DTG or DTF, $73 to digitise a logo for embroidery, and $118 for sublimation. Repeat orders using the same artwork get 50% off the setup fee. Your quote itemises everything, so there are no surprises.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer. Orders under $500 are paid in full upfront; orders over $500 need a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before dispatch. Approved business accounts get 14-day invoice terms.

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery time.

Yes. Rush turnaround from 3 business days is available, with a surcharge of 20% for 3–5 business days or 30% for same-day to 2 business days. Put your deadline on the quote form and we'll tell you straight away whether it's possible.

Yes, we deliver across Australia with Australia Post or StarTrack. Shipping is calculated per order — satchels from $20, boxes from $25 (ex GST), free over $500 ex GST — see our Turnaround & Shipping page for delivery times by state.

Custom-printed items are made to order, so we can't offer refunds for change of mind once production has started. If something's wrong because of our error, we'll offer a free reprint or refund. See our Returns & Misprint Policy for the details.

If something isn't right because of our error, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll offer a free reprint or refund. This doesn't cover change of mind, errors in an approved proof, non-print-ready artwork, courier or supplier delays, or the wrong size being chosen.

Screen printing pushes thick ink through a mesh, one colour at a time. It's hard-wearing and cheapest for bigger runs of simple designs. DTG prints full-colour artwork directly into the fabric, so it suits detailed designs and small runs, and it feels softer.

Both handle full-colour artwork. DTG is softer and best on 100% cotton. DTF transfers work on more fabrics (cotton, polyester and blends) and are a good all-rounder for mixed orders. If you're unsure, tell us what you're printing on and we'll recommend one.

Embroidery suits bold, simple logos. Very small text (under roughly 5 mm tall), thin lines and gradients don't stitch well, so we'll suggest a simplified version if your logo needs it.

Puff is a raised, 3D effect that stands off the garment. Foil and metallic finishes add a mirror-like shine. Both work best on bold shapes rather than fine detail, and are added on top of a standard print or transfer.

Wash inside out in cold water, avoid bleach and high heat, and don't iron directly on the print. Hang dry or tumble dry on low.

Yes. We only supply hi-vis certified to AS/NZS 4602.1:2011, in Class D (day) and Class D/N (day/night) — Syzmik, JB's Wear and Bisley shirts and polos, 155 to 190gsm. Logos are placed away from reflective tape and hi-vis panels so the garment stays compliant.
