The terms that apply when you order from Creative Factory Labs.

These terms apply whenever you order custom apparel, printing or digital services from Creative Factory Labs ("we", "us", "our"), whether through the quote form, the Merch Lab, email, phone or WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative, in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Your written quote confirms the final price for your artwork, quantity, print method and delivery, and stays valid for 30 days.
2. Digital proofs and approval
We send a free digital proof before production. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof in writing (email, WhatsApp or the quote system). You are responsible for checking spelling, colours, sizing and placement on the proof; we are not liable for errors that were shown correctly on an approved proof.
3. Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logo or design you send us, and that printing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse a job if we reasonably believe the artwork infringes a trademark, copyright or is unlawful.
4. Minimum orders, payment and deposits
The minimum order is 5 units overall (higher for some print methods — see the Pricing page). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfer. Orders under $500 are paid in full upfront; orders over $500 need a 50% deposit to start production, with the balance due before dispatch. Approved business accounts get 14-day invoice terms.
5. Production time and delivery
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from proof approval, plus delivery time. Rush turnaround from 3 business days is available, with a surcharge of 20% for 3–5 business days or 30% for same-day to 2 business days. Orders ship with Australia Post or StarTrack; delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start from dispatch. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll help chase any lost parcel. Delays caused by late artwork approval, incorrect information you supply, or events outside our control are not our responsibility.
6. Colour and print variance
Colour on fabric, garments and screens can vary slightly from a digital mock-up due to fabric, dye lot, print method and monitor settings. We will flag any known colour-matching risk on your proof, but small variance between the proof and the finished product is normal and is not treated as a fault.
7. Cancellations and changes
You can change your mind at no cost any time before production starts. Once you approve a proof, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible; late changes requested after approval may incur a restock fee of $5 per unit, up to 15% of the order value.

9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to re-supplying the affected items or refunding the amount paid for them. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
